Is a management service and subsidiary of Phoenix Sun International , efficiently manage Phoenix Sun projects by implementing condominium rules and regulation, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness, harmonious relationship among the unit owners, keeping updated and accurate accounting of the condominium transactions and effective collection system.

Greenworks.Inc
Is an architechtural and design consultancy firm established on 2010.

GOLD CONDOMINIUM
Is a 4-storey office and commercial condominium project at prime Annapolis Street, Greenhills with a restaurant, parlor, boutiques, jewelry and fashion shops and offices.

PHOENIX SUN BUSINESS PARK
